Kapil Sharma’s starry wedding reception: Deepika, Ranveer burn the dance floor
Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath’s Mumbai reception was a star-studded affair. Celebrities from Bollywood and television industry turned up to wish Kapil and Ginni. Kapil looked handsome in a black decorative sherwani while his bride stunned in a heavily-embellished silver ensemble. The wedding reception was held at Mumbai’s JW Marriot Hotel on Monday, 24 December.
Newly married couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made a starry entry. Deepika Padukone looked stunning in a pink saree with golden accessories while Ranveer looked dapper in a black suit. The couple set the dance floor on fire. They grooved to peppy number.

Kapil married his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar according to Hindu rituals on December 12.
Talking about his wedding, Kapil had earlier told in an interview earlier, “We wanted to keep it low key. But Ginni is the only daughter in her family. Her folks wanted the wedding to be on a lavish scale. And I completely understand their sentiments. My mother also wanted the wedding to be lavish.”
“Kapil is a gem of a person and very caring. There is no one like him and I can’t find anyone better than him. He is a family man. He is still humble the way he was years ago and hasn’t changed at all,” Ginni had told Bombay Times in an interview.
