Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Priyanka, Urmila, Rekha, Paresh Rawal among early voters


Mumbai votes today and we could see many celebrities arriving at their respective voting centres to cast their valuable vote. Among the early voters are Rekha, Priyanka Chopra, Paresh Rawal with his wife Swaroop Sampat, congress candidate and Bollywood actress Urmila Motondkar.   

Priyanka Chopra,who is currently in Mumbai for her brother's wedding arrived to vote with her mother Madhu Chopra. She posed for the media and showed her inked finger.

"This is the moment that matters... Every vote is a voice that counts," Priyanka Chopra tweeted after casting her vote.

Reliance Group chairman Anil Ambani also voted at GD Somani School in Cuffe Parade.

BJP lawmaker Paresh Rawal appealed to the people to "come out and vote". "We will be idiots if we keep complaining about problems and don't vote. It's important to vote. I appeal to voters to come out and vote," he told news agency ANI.

Actor and rugby player Rahul Bose "returned from a shooting in Hyerabad" to cast his vote, he said on Twitter.  "Have you? Returned from shooting in Hyderabad to do this. Catching a flight out in two hours," the actor, who has been seen in critically-acclaimed movies such as Earth Mr. and Mrs. Iyer, tweeted. 

Today is the fourth phase of national elections which started on April 11. The results will be declared on May 23.
